Covid-19 sanitary measures

To ensure the safety of our customers and our team, we have implemented the following health measures:

Use of masks

As indicated in the Temporary Mandatory Mask By-law, all employees and customers (with exceptions) must wear a mask inside the building.

Employee screening

All employees are required to complete a medical questionnaire before each shift, to ensure they do not come to work if they have symptoms.

Physical distancing

To promote physical distancing we allow a maximum of 2 clients at a time per agent. It is therefore recommended to make an appointment to avoid the wait.

Hand hygiene and cleaning

We ask all our customers and employees to wash their hands using the disinfectant located near the entrance. We clean the door handles, chairs and all touched surfaces after each client.
